Confidential Evaluation

CONFIDENTIALITY IS KEY

The best reason to work with a technology attorney is the strength of the attorney-client communications privilege and work product protections. This shield is much broader and impregnable than any NDA or confidentiality agreement you might have with a technology consultant. Once we are retained, our law firm confidentiality shield can be extended to cover any outside technology consultants that are necessary to analyze and map your data. Your secrets, skeletons, smoking guns, and non-compliance are safe with us.

EVALUATION IS CROSS-DISCIPLINARY

We have over 15 years of experience with the legal aspects of technology. We were an early advisor to numerous institutions on the application of Massachusetts’ strict privacy and data protection law, 201 CMR 17.00.  We have deep knowledge of electronic records management law and have developed Records and Information Management solutions for billion dollar organizations.  We take a technology-agnostic approach; we team with top providers (and your legacy providers) to develop reasonable and cost effective solutions. Our objective is to work with all key stakeholders to create legally defensible solutions.
